July Referral Raffle Terms and Conditions:
If you refer a colleague and they use your personal referral code when they register for the Institute of Supply Teachers, you'll be entered into the prize draw. Winner will be drawn on Wednesday 2 August 2023 and notified by email by Friday 4 August 2023. No cash alternatives will be given.
Eligibility
1. The promoter of this prize draw is IoST Ltd, 6 Abbots Quay, Monks Ferry, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH41 5LH (Promoter).
2. This prize draw is open to supply teachers who are residents of the UK and aged 18 years or over. The prize draw is not eligible for employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
How to enter
To enter the prize draw:
3. You must register your details, completing all mandatory fields via?www.iost.education/register
4. Your personal referral code must have been used at least once within the Entry Period by another supply teacher when they register for the Institute of Supply Teachers.
Entry period
?5. All registrations must be submitted between 09:00 [GMT] on Saturday 1 July 2023 to 23:59 [GMT] on Monday 31 July 2023 (Entry Period). Any registration submitted after this time will not be valid.
?6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for registrations not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations which are not completed for any reason.
Winner selection and announcement
7. At the end of the Entry Period, the Promoter will select a winner by random draw on Wednesday 2 August 2023 (Selection Date).
8. Only one winner will be announced. The decision of the Promoter shall be final. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with the prize draw.
9. The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as practicable after the Selection Date. The winner shall be contacted by email by no later than Friday 4 August 2023. The winner will be announced via IoST social channels by no later than Friday 4 August 2023.

10. The prize is an eVoucher for a Two Night Getaway For Two from Activity Superstore. https://www.activitysuperstore.com/two-night-getaway-for-two. (Prize).
11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
General
14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
